OMCBA – September Meeting & Events – 2023 – September 15 & 16 – Jamestown, TN
Friday September 15: Board of Directors Meeting @ 3 PM Central Time – ALL Board Members Need to Attend
Friday September 15: Coon Hunt Entries will be taken from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM Central Time – Coon Hunt to Follow
Saturday September 16: Squirrel Hunt Entries will be taken from 5 AM to 6 AM Central Time – Squirrel Hunt to Follow
Saturday September 16: Bench Show, Treeing Contest, and Dash Race Entries will be taken from 10 AM to Noon Central Time – Bench Shows Start at Noon (Bench Shows will be broken down into age and sex classes)
Saturday September 16: Games and Fun Activities for Youth Starting at around 10 AM Central Time
Entry Fee for Bench Show, Treeing Contest, and Dash Race will be $10 Each
Entry Fee for the Coon Hunt and Squirrel Hunt will be $20 Each
There will be Food Available Friday Evening and Saturday (starting at 5 AM) at the OMCBA Clubhouse Kitchen.
Camping Sites/Hookups are available on the grounds – First Come First Served – $10 Per day – Pay Judy Poore in the Clubhouse Office
